Float Time

Our 12" helium latex balloons typically float for 12 – 48 hours under normal indoor conditions.

Float time may vary depending on temperature, humidity, altitude, and other environmental conditions.

For the best results, we recommend scheduling your balloon pickup or delivery as close as possible to your event.

Best Appearance (Balloon Box)

Our Number Balloon Towers look their best for approximately 3–7 days when kept indoors under normal conditions.

The exact duration may vary depending on temperature, humidity, and exposure to sunlight.

Keep your balloon tower inside the protective plastic bag until your event to help maintain its colour and appearance.

Lettering Care

Due to the nature of helium, the balloon may expand or contract with changes in temperature.

As a result, the personalised vinyl lettering may occasionally lift slightly. This is a normal characteristic and is not considered a product defect.

If this happens, simply peel back the lifted section slightly and gently smooth it back down with your fingertip to reapply it.

Balloon Care

• Keep indoors whenever possible.
• Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Keep away from sharp objects.
• Handle with care when moving the balloon tower.

Important Information

• Do not inhale helium. Helium can reduce the amount of oxygen available to your body and may cause serious injury or death.
• Adult supervision is required for young children.
• Uninflated or broken balloons may present a choking hazard. Keep them away from children under 8 years of age.
• Dispose of broken balloons immediately.
• Do not release balloons outdoors. Please dispose of balloons responsibly to help protect wildlife and the environment.

Important Notice

Float times cannot be guaranteed due to varying environmental conditions.

Latex balloons naturally oxidise over time, which may cause the colour to become less vibrant. To keep your balloon tower looking its best, we recommend displaying it indoors and away from direct sunlight.

Pick up

We are not liable for damage to the balloon caused by customers after picking it up.

Please keep sharp objects away from the balloon and put it in the back seat of your car instead of in the trunk.

For Pick Up Orders

1. You must commit to your scheduled pick-up time.

2. A notice of at least 24 hours is required if you wish to reschedule your pick-up time.

3. Any late (30 minutes or more) or no-shows will require a new appointment and scheduled pick-up time.

4. We will not be accommodating unconfirmed and sudden visits and requests for pick-ups.

Refund

We are unable to give refunds if you change your mind as the product is customised. Please choose and purchase carefully.
